alloClae™ is the first non-surgical body contouring solution to increase volume naturally. Made from purified fat tissue, this groundbreaking solution lets your provider add immediate volume precisely where you want it.
The First Body Contouring Solution of Its Kind
Throughout your body, structural fat provides natural volume and shape, keeping your skin looking firm and your contours smooth and defined. As we age, our collagen and fat production diminishes, leading to undesired loss of volume. Options for replacing or adding volume have been limited. Until now.
alloClae™ is made from minimally processed, purified fat tissue — no liposuction, no synthetic fillers. Just real, lasting transformation with little downtime. Now available at The LaVie Institute in Denver.

What is alloClae™ and how is it different from fillers?
Unlike synthetic fillers, alloClae™ is made from minimally processed, purified human adipose (fat) tissue. It contains intact adipocytes and naturally occurring extracellular matrix (ECM), so it provides immediate volume that feels completely natural — because it is. There are no synthetic materials, no foreign substances. It’s the first structural adipose tissue designed specifically for body contouring.
What areas of the body can alloClae™ treat?
alloClae™ can be applied anywhere fat naturally exists. Common applications include breast contouring (augmentation, asymmetry correction, correction of implant rippling), gluteal projection, hip dip correction, and improving liposuction irregularities. Your LaVie provider will identify the best treatment areas for your specific goals during your consultation.
How long do alloClae™ results last?
alloClae™ provides lasting results. The ECM with naturally occurring growth factors, proteins, and collagens supports lasting integration at the application site. Individual results vary based on treatment area, volume applied, and individual biology. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations during your personalized consultation.
What is the recovery like after an alloClae™ procedure?
Most patients experience minimal downtime. The solution integrates naturally at the application site, and recovery is generally straightforward. Your LaVie provider will give you specific aftercare instructions tailored to your procedure and treatment areas. Most patients are able to return to regular activities shortly after their appointment.
Is alloClae™ safe?
alloClae™ is terminally sterilized to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6 and has a free oil fraction under 2%, minimizing the risk of oil cysts. It should not be used in patients with severe allergen sensitivities, a history of anaphylaxis, or those with active infection. As with any procedure, there are potential complications. Your LaVie provider will review your complete medical history before recommending treatment.
Important Safety Information
alloClae is intended to be applied subcutaneously in localized areas of the body to provide cushioning and support to the patient’s body where adipose tissue naturally exists. alloClae does not contain viable cells, has no systemic effect, and is not dependent upon the metabolic activity of living cells for its primary function. This allograft is intended for single patient use only. Human tissue shall not be offered or dispensed for veterinary use.
alloClae should not be used on patients with severe allergen sensitivities, a history of anaphylaxis, or in the presence of active infection. Like all procedures of this type there is a possibility of complications, although not everyone experiences them. Those potential complications include cystic or nodule formations, pain or infection, hematoma, anaphylaxis or other allergic or immune responses, or discoloration of the skin at the procedure site.
